1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing the Puzzle API, or using any services provided by Puzzle ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Puzzle provides API gateway infrastructure for selected AI models through a unified endpoint. Model availability, billing terms, and rate limits are shown in the dashboard and applicable service documentation.
3. Account & API Key Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. All requests authenticated with your API key are deemed authorized by you. You agree to notify Puzzle immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your credentials.
4. Usage & Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to generate, transmit, or distribute content that violates applicable laws, promotes hate speech, breaches intellectual property rights, or violates the underlying model provider policies. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in abusive activity.
5. Billing
Puzzle supports usage-based billing. Crypto (USDC/USDT) is logged in the console and credited after confirmation. USD wires, invoices, and contracts are booked by Puzzle onto the same balance. Credit is never applied by submitting a form. Post-paid terms, if any, are agreed in writing. Unpaid usage past the due date may result in temporary API key suspension.
6. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Uptime
We aim for high availability on production traffic. Numeric SLAs (including any uptime target) exist only if they are written into your contract.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Puzzle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
