1. Zero-Data-Retention Commitment

Puzzle enforces a strict Zero Data Retention Policy for AI training. Your API prompts, input payloads, generated images, audio, and videos are never used to train Google models, Puzzle models, or third-party AI systems.

2. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to operate the service:

• Account Credentials: Email address, username, and authentication details.
• Usage Metadata: API request timestamps, status codes, token usage counts, and throughput metrics for billing and rate-limiting purposes.
• Payment Records: Cryptocurrency transaction hashes and billing records. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.

3. Generated files

Generated files from live models are held only as needed to deliver the job or webhook, then expire. Omni and Veo are not served yet. Access is via the job payload and, if configured, your HMAC-signed callback.

4. Data Security & Encryption

All traffic to and from the Puzzle Gateway is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3. We employ HMAC webhook signing to guarantee payload integrity between Puzzle and your application endpoints.

5. Third-Party Disclosures

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We interface with infrastructure providers (such as Google Cloud / Vertex AI) solely to route API inference calls securely.

You have the right to request access to your account data, update your details, or request deletion of your account and associated metadata at any time via Telegram @PUZZLE_Support_AI.
